We currently restock twice a week as we bake everything in small, limited batches. Each tin is made fresh by hand the morning of delivery, and we only produce what our team can bake with the quality we’re proud of. Our goal is simple: warm, freshly-baked cookie tins delivered the same day across NYC. As we grow our team, we’ll be able to open more restock days — but for now, we keep it small, fresh, and special.
