Faulty or Damaged Items
We take great care packing every Granny’s Batch tin so it reaches you as perfect as when it left our kitchen. If your tin arrives damaged or the cookies aren’t in the condition they should be, please email a clear photo of the issue to grannysbatch@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
We cannot process a replacement or refund without photo evidence, so please make sure to take pictures before discarding the packaging. Hang on to your cookies and tin until we’ve replied — we may need more information to make it right.
Melted or Weather-Related Issues
Because our cookies are made with real butter and chocolate, we can’t refund or replace orders affected by heat during transit. However, we always keep an eye on the weather and may delay shipping or upgrade to faster delivery if temperatures look risky. Your cookies’ wellbeing comes first!
